The brioche NANOURIS is producing daily under strict international standards for quality and safety of products. A set of valid credentials are continually updated to ensure consistent quality of product in each production to demonstrate the care of us to the final consumer.
Specifically, to date, our facilities have been certified to the following quality and safety systems:
- Year 2007 to today
Since the first production units food crafts in Greece certified for Safety Management System Food modeled by ELOT EN ISO 22000:2005.
- Year 2009
Extension of certification for Quality Management System according to the IFS standard (International Food Standard)
- Year 2010
Upgrade of Certification for Safety Management System and Quality according to the BRC standard (British Retail Consortium) & IFS (International Featured Standard).
- Year 2011 up today
Certification for Safety Management System & Quality according to IFS & ISO 22000:2005
These systems are fundamental standards with worldwide recognition, based on HACCP principles with particular based on good manufacturing practice (GMP) and good hygiene practices (GHP). Specifically, define the requirements for the safety and quality of food from production to sale to the final consumer.
